About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in Tally ERP, Excel, and a sound understanding of accounting principles, TDS, and GST compliance. This role involves day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, filing work, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare and assist in TDS calculation, deduction.
  • Assist in GST return preparation.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper documentation.
  • Handle filing work and maintain organized records.
  • Support the finance team in audits and statutory compliances.
  • Carry out miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of TDS and GST.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
