Position: Digital Marketing Manager and Trainer
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager and Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies that drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. Additionally, this role will involve training and mentoring teams on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Management:
Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Manage website analytics and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
Training and Mentorship:
Conduct training sessions for internal teams on digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
Develop training materials, workshops, and resources to enhance the skills of the marketing team.
Provide ongoing mentorship to junior team members, ensuring continuous professional development.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and share knowledge with the team.
Content Strategy and Management:
Lead the creation and management of high-quality content for digital channels (blogs, social media, websites, etc.).
Work with the content team to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices.
Develop strategies for content distribution and engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and optimize CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, including automation and segmentation.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with other departments (Sales, IT, Design, etc.) to ensure cohesive digital strategies.
Present digital marketing strategies and results to stakeholders and management.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
2+ years of experience in a training or mentorship role within a marketing team.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
