The Role

We're seeking an experienced, creative, and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all our social media accounts, developing and implementing strategies to increase online presence, and improving marketing efforts for our brands and projects.

You'll work closely with our operations and creative teams, as well as client staff, to successfully implement social media plans and campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, execute and manage Marketing Strategies
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and cost-efficiency
  • Analyse performance metrics, and advise clients on best practices for achieving the goal.
  • Trend Implementation & Deliverability: Stay updated on global social media, email and other marketing industry trends. 
  • Optimization & Feedback: Design and test marketing campaigns, email deliverability strategies, apply and verify feedback loops to improve strategies.
  • A/B Testing & Automation: Plan and execute A/B tests on email elements, utilize automation platforms for triggered sequences, drip campaigns, and workflows to streamline communication.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Generate performance reports (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, ROI), collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, and stay informed on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Manage and grow our client’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and
  • Create and execute innovative social media plans and campaigns for various projects
  • Develop strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Implement optimization strategies and analyse data to increase traffic
  • Track and report social media metrics consistently
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign management and develop improvement strategies
  • Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities to drive the growth on social media platforms 
  • Provide insights from social media trends to different teams
  • Manage social media communities by responding to posts and fostering discussions
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, suggesting content optimization
  • Communicate with followers and respond to queries promptly


Requirements and Skills

  • 2-5 years of minimum experience in Digital Marketing
  • Passion for brands and social media platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web traffic metrics
  • Ability to plan and execute both long-term and short-term social media campaigns
  • Good grasp of social media KPIs and marketing strategies
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment across multiple brands
