About the Job : Looking for SAP ABAP with BTP and CAPM/ RAPM Job Title: Sr. Lead Consultant Location: Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Chennai Educational Background : Post graduation/bachelor’s degree. Key Responsibilities : Develop, enhance, and optimize SAP ABAP programs within S/4 HANA environment. Design and implement Core Data Services (CDS) Views for efficient data modeling. Develop and maintain ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) to leverage HANA database capabilities. Create and manage OData services for Fiori/UI5 applications and other frontend integrations. Build business applications using SAP BTP, focusing on CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) and RAPM (RESTful ABAP Programming Model). Utilize SAP Integration Suite tools to design and implement integration scenarios between SAP and third-party systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and technical documentation. Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions. Stay updated with SAP’s latest technologies and best practices to ensure solutions are future-proof. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 to 14 years of proven hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, primarily in S/4 HANA landscapes. Strong expertise in: Core Data Services (CDS) Views ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) OData services development and consumption SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) – Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM) RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAPM) SAP Integration Suite (API Management, Cloud Integration, Event Mesh, etc.) Solid understanding of SAP Fiori/UI5 architecture and integration points. Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and code optimization. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile development practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience managing projects within an agile environment Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or relevant degree Preferred Skills: Certification in SAP ABAP S/4 HANA or related SAP technologies. Experience with SAP Cloud SDK and SAP Extension Suite. Knowledge of other integration technologies like SAP PO/PI. Exposure to Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines for SAP development.
