Senior Functional Consultant – PeopleSoft Student Financials

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with extensive experience in PeopleSoft Student Financials to provide remote functional support. The ideal candidate should have 8-15 years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions with a focus on the Student Financials module.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise for the Student Financials module, including configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Design and implement functional solutions aligned with institutional policies and compliance needs.
- Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution, customizations, and integrations.
- Support testing cycles: Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and process flows.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Student Financials in upgrade/enhancement projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, with a strong focus on the Student Financials module.
- Proven experience in functional configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong understanding of tuition calculation, billing, payments, refunds, waivers, and third-party contracts.
