Job Description Position: Solution Architect – Data & AI Location: Ahmedabad, Pune Experience: 8+ Years Preferred: Immediate Joiners Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect – Data & AI to lead and drive our data-driven transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI and data solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance architectures that leverage modern technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing. Key Responsibilities: ∙Architect and design end-to-end data and AI solutions that address business challenges and optimize decision-making. ∙Define and implement best practices for data architecture, data governance, and AI model deployment. ∙Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-impact AI-driven applications. ∙Lead the integration of AI models with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency. ∙Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies in data platforms, AI frameworks, and cloud-based analytics solutions. ∙Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation. ∙Guide teams in adopting advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models for predictive insights and automation. ∙Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI and data-driven improvements within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: ∙8+ years of experience in designing and implementing data and AI solutions. ∙Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. ∙Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). ∙Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. ∙Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks. ∙Experience in MLOps, model deployment, and automation. ∙Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala (preferred). ∙Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks ∙Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). ∙Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ∙Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical conversations. Preferred Qualifications: ∙Certifications in cloud architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML. ∙Experience with generative AI. ∙Background in developing AI-driven analytics solutions for enterprises. ∙Experience with Graph RAG, Building AI Agents, Multi-Agent systems ∙Additional certifications in AI/GenAI is preferred. ∙Proven leadership skills are expected. Requirements Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) + Big Data (Spark/Databricks/Snowflake) + AI/ML Frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) + Generative AI + MLOps + Python/SQL + Solution Architecture & Leadership.
