Position: Solution Architect – Data & AI​ Location: Ahmedabad, Pune​ Experience: 8+ Years​ Preferred: Immediate Joiners Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect – Data & AI to lead and drive our data -driven transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting -edge AI and data solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross -functional teams to create scalable, high -performance architectures that leverage modern technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud computing. Key Responsibilities: ∙Architect and design end -to -end data and AI solutions that address business challenges and optimize decision -making. ∙Define and implement best practices for data architecture, data governance, and AI model deployment. ∙Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high -impact AI -driven applications. ∙Lead the integration of AI models with enterprise applications, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency. ∙Evaluate and recommend the latest technologies in data platforms, AI frameworks, and cloud -based analytics solutions. ∙Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation. ∙Guide teams in adopting advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models for predictive insights and automation. ∙Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI and data -driven improvements within the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications: ∙8+ years of experience in designing and implementing data and AI solutions. ∙Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. ∙Hands -on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). ∙Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit -learn, etc. ∙Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks. ∙Experience in MLOps, model deployment, and automation. ∙Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java/Scala (preferred). ∙Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks ∙Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). ∙Excellent problem -solving skills and the ability to work in a fast -paced environment. ∙Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical conversations. Preferred Qualifications: ∙Certifications in cloud architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML. ∙Experience with generative AI. ∙Background in developing AI -driven analytics solutions for enterprises. ∙Experience with Graph RAG, Building AI Agents, Multi -Agent systems ∙Additional certifications in AI/GenAI is preferred. ∙Proven leadership skills are expected.
