A global investment and technology-driven organization is looking for a hands-on and technically proficient engineering lead to join their Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on
software development
combined with a deep understanding of
networking technologies
, contributing to infrastructure automation and systems performance at scale.

This is a
high-impact engineering role
that spans across platform engineering, network automation, and software development to ensure the robustness and efficiency of enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage network automation infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to drive efficiency, observability, and configurability in network operations.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies suitable for infrastructure modernization.
  • Develop tools, scripts, and applications (primarily in Python, Golang, Java) for automation and operational support.
  • Perform diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting in Linux environments.
  • Drive complete software project lifecycles – from requirement gathering to deployment.
  • Redesign or upgrade existing infrastructure to improve performance and stability.
  • Provide tier 2/3 operational support and participate in engineering project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in infrastructure or networking domains.
  • Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Golang, Java.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and CI
