The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing scrap vehicles from individuals and used car departments of showrooms, leveraging government benefits to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. *Vehicle Sourcing*: Identify and procure vehicles for scrapping from individual owners and dealerships. 2. *Relationship Management*: Build and maintain strong relationships with used car departments and showrooms. 3. *Customer Service*: Guide customers through the vehicle scrapping process, ensuring they avail government incentives. 4. *Vehicle Evaluation*: Assess vehicles for scrapping and determine competitive pricing. 5. *Sales Targets*: Meet sales targets for vehicle scrapping. 6. *Market Intelligence*: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and government policies related to vehicle scrapping. Requirements - *Experience*: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector. - *Communication Skills*: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - *Automotive Knowledge*: Understanding of vehicle valuation and scrapping processes beneficial. - *Sales Acumen*: Proven sales track record. - *Analytical Skills*: Ability to assess vehicle conditions and market value.
