Location : Delhi

Role Description :

This is a full-time on site role for a Talent Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, conduct interviews, and work toward improving and streamlining the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Proficiency in Employer Branding and Interviewing techniques
  • knowledge of HR tools like LinkedIn and Naukri.
  • Experience in Recruiting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience.
