Then come on board and let’s get to workWhat you bring to the table12+ years of professional-level corporate recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organisationsProven track record of creating a scalable recruiting process to accelerate company growthExperience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens and in person interviewsMaintain and analyze recruitment metrics on a daily basis (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, TTF)Experience consulting with senior leaders to map out human capital needs, short term and long termPrior experience managing third party relationshipsExcellent candidate management capabilities including managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close"Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resourcesAbility to successfully manage multiple requirements at a time with a heavy focus on shortening time to fill timelinesUse innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the businessSource, vet and close bar-raising technical consultants into our consulting practice areasSource candidates using best practices search strategies beyond just job boards.Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone/video interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews (when that becomes a thing again), and candidate relationship management throughout the entire processWork with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also provide insight into current market availabilityNegotiate and close offersOccasional collaboration with third party recruitment agencies for certain roles if neededAt InRhythm you willOwn your role and its developmentLearn new skills to accelerate your careerCollaborate across diverse teamsAct as a subject matter expert to the InRhythm Community internally and externallyThis is a remote position but must be commutable to NYC for periodic meetings, events, and compa gatherings.Who you areAs a senior manager of the Talent Acquisition Team you would work side by side with
