Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM development and customization.Minimum 2 CRM projects experienceStrong technical expertise in at least one CRM platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems.Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java for CRM customization.Experience with CRM integration techniques and technologies, such as APIs, web services, or middleware tools.Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting.Understanding of CRM concepts, data models, and business processes.Must be proficient in client interactionsExperience in resolving technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM systemCertifications in relevant CRM platforms or technologies are a plus.
