Customer Service Representative

- Identify and escalate priority issues tothe appropriate channels
- Follow up on customerinteractions to ensure theirsatisfaction
- Process returns refunds andexchanges
- Stay updated on product knowledge andcompany policies
- Meet or exceed customerservice quality and productivity goals
- Documentcustomer interactions and transactionsaccurately
- Contribute to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed
- Adhereto all company policies and procedures
- Assistin training and onboarding new customer servicerepresentatives
- High school diplomaor equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus
- Priorexperience in a customer service role
- Strongverbal and written communication skills
- Abilityto remain professional and courteous withcustomers
- Excellent problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities
- Empathetic and patientdemeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize ina fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in usingcustomer service software and CRMsystems
- Strong time management andorganizational skills
- Adaptability andwillingness to learn new processes andsystems
- Customerfocused mindset with acommitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability towork well in a team environment while also beingselfmotivated
