Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, conducting training and development sessions, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. The day-to-day tasks include managing HR processes, facilitating employee engagement, coordinating recruitment, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience about Web3 or Crypto is a plus
  • Experience in HR Operations and managing employee relations
  • Ability to conduct Training & Development sessions
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Manage team handles, email, docs and more to keep everything organized.
