Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor laws and facilitating communication between management and employees.Roles & Responsibilities:- Manpower planning and execute hiring - Effective networking with business and other functions state level leadership to further organizational agenda - Mandatory branch visits for Employee Connect - Talent Development in collaboration with L&D Team - Appropriate staffing level is maintained in region(s) at all times - Resolution of complaints / grievances of Employees, drive adherence to HR process, metrics and planQualifications:- Strong Communication skills - Minimum 1 Year of experience in Recruitment preferably worked for a NBFC or any financial industry. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
