We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engineer  with expertise in JAMF and Intune , along with a strong background in local Active Directory and AzureAD/EntraID. In this role, you will enhance our Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools to ensure an excellent user experience and bolster endpoint security. Proficiency in AzureAD and EntraID is also desirable to assist with user management and Single Sign-On (SSO) tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage endpoint management solutions using Intune and JAMF Pro across a variety of devices, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
  • Configure and manage policies, profiles, and security settings to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Integrate Active Directory and Azure Active Directory to manage identities, authenticate users, and secure access to resources.
  • Collaborate with the IT security team to implement security measures, manage device compliance, and respond to security incidents.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in endpoint management and security, recommending improvements to existing processes and technologies.
  • Document configurations, procedures, and changes to maintain a current and accurate IT environment.
  • Nice to have: Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in endpoint management using Intune and JAMF Pro.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, with hands-on experience in identity and access management.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols, IP networking, and security principles.
  • Experience with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure, and an understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, JAMF Certified Administrator) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash is also advantageous.
