ABOUT THE ROLE
Role Designation: Deputy Manager - Accounts Payable
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reports to: AGM Finance
Location: Paradip
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing of Vendor Invoices duly in compliance with Contract Conditions, SOPs & guidelines
Vendor Accounting in SAP i.e. MIRO, GL reconciliation, GR/IR clearing, Vendor Advance accounting and clearing, Outstanding Reporting, and Aging reporting.
Assisting in monthly/quarterly/annual book closure
GST Compliances wrt to Vendor.
TDS Returns & Payment.
Providing information on Accounts Payable to Internal/External Auditors.
MSME Vendor Compliances.
Education:
BCOM/MCOM ( CA/CWA Inter preferred)
Experience:
6 years
Area of Experience:
Account Payable
Knowledge / Skills and Competencies:
Account Payable ( Working on Project is preferred)
SAP knowledge is a must. Must have worked under FICCO ( knowledge of other SAP Modules is preferred)
knowledge of GST is desirable
Good knowledge of English and Hindi languages
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
