Position Summary:

Our partner, a leading technology company dedicated to simplifying parking operations with powerful and user-friendly solutions, is currently looking for a Data Verification Specialist. Your primary responsibility of analyzing data for errors and reporting any discrepancies or problems with the datasets. This position is data-driven and will include the completion of weekly and monthly internal and external reports. It will be important to work across various functions and take initiative to ensure the needs of the organization are met.


Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s in business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field/experience
  • +1-year experience as Report Analyst, Customer Service Agent, Contact Service Agent

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and update data sets that evolve in tandem with our business's needs
  • Raw data gathering from multiple departments
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Check and clean data, considering erroneous/false values with correct figures
  • Report on insights obtained, which might be utilized to inform business strategies
  • Create and present written reports and presentations
  • Adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensures services provided comply with customer requirements and expectations
  • Owns responsibility for outcomes (positive or negative) of one’s work; admits mistakes and refocuses efforts when appropriate
  • Collaborate with other verifiers or team members to achieve departmental goals and deadlines
