Job Description

Job Title : Marketing Manager

Location : Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Position Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our target audience, and drives customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities deliver a high return on investment.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Supervise and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to guide future marketing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

Customer Interaction and Service Conversion: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide them with relevant information about products or services, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective coordination and achievement of collective targets. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to optimize their performance. Team Handling: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity. Activity Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue generation. Coordinate with the sales team to organize promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
