Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi for a Legal Manager - Capital Markets. The Legal Manager will be responsible for overseeing legal functions related to capital markets, including compliance with regulatory requirements, drafting and reviewing legal documents and providing support for fund creation activities. The role will involve collaboration with various departments within the organization, advising on legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Financial Services
  • Understanding of SEBI ICDR, LODR and Companies Act,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; a Master's degree or additional certifications in finance or capital markets is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in legal roles related to capital markets
