The Team
Deloitte SRT helps entities mitigate risk while discovering new opportunities to create value. Our end-to-end risk services span all domains, from managing strategic risks in the C-Suite to improving board oversight, and from balancing financial and environmental policies to addressing cyber threats.
Work you'll do
- We are seeking a skilled Credit Risk Business Analyst with hands-on experience in nCino implementation to join our Advisory team.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with financial institutions to gather requirements, analyze credit processes, and support the design and rollout of nCino-based lending platforms.
- Responsibilities include aligning risk and regulatory requirements with platform capabilities, supporting data mapping and workflows, conducting UAT, and liaising between business and technology teams. Knowledge of commercial lending, credit risk frameworks, and regulatory compliance (Basel/IFRS 9) is essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent Master's degree
- Knowledge of risk management and regulatory areas would be preferred eg. Basel, Stress Testing, Capital Management, ICAAP, Risk Based Supervision, Risk Modelling, Analytics
- Professional certifications like CFA and FRM would be highly desirable
