About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – U.S. Accounting to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, QuickBooks, and tax compliance, along with proven leadership and review experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end close for U.S. clients.Review work of accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end adjustments.Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and client-specific policies.Guide and mentor team members; ensure timely deliverables and quality control.Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.Support process improvements, training, and automation initiatives.Requirements:Education: CA / CPA.Experience: Minimum 8 years in U.S. accounting and tax; 3+ years in a managerial/review role.Strong knowledge of QuickBooks , Excel , and U.S. accounting software.Excellent understanding of U.S. GAAP , bookkeeping, and taxation principles.Strong leadership, communication, and review skills.Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.Preferred Skills:Experience managing teams for U.S. clients in BPO/KPO setup.Exposure to accounting software like NetSuite, Xero, or Sage .Experience in process standardization and client communication .
