Job Description


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand WEPL’s market presence in the Africa/Bangladesh /UAE region.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Understand the business of the “ink industry segment” thoroughly by analyzing the product offerings, market dynamics, customer preferences, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Be responsible and accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets from the assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Drive year-on-year growth from existing/new accounts by proactively identifying opportunities and addressing challenges, while closely collaborating with the liazoning departments to gather insights about market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Conduct timely meetings with clients, deliver effective sales presentations, and provide mentorship to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to enhance their role effectiveness and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly interact with clients to gain deeper insights into product potentials and market demands, and relay these insights to the relevant stakeholders within the organization for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and quality standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.

  • Results Orientation: A results-oriented mindset drives the Export Sales Head to set ambitious goals, track performance metrics, and take proactive measures to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Cultural sensitivity and awareness are essential for effectively engaging with clients, partners, and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Customer Focused, Time Management, Strong Negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of SCM, Logistics
  • Focused on strategic thinking, Problem Solving and relationship Building
  • Posses leadership skill and should be able to take over the role as a individual contributor.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and internationally as required.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

  • Analysis Tools: Customer Relationship Management Software
  • Knowledge: In-Dept knowledge of Manufacturing processes of Ink Manufacturing and best practices in Industry.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and online channels
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential for international communication.
  • Technical Sales Presentations: Proficiency in delivering technical sales presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Expert level knowledge in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Export Regulations: Understanding of export regulations and compliance requirements specific to the African and UAE markets, including knowledge of documentation, tariffs, customs procedures, and trade agreements.
  • Knowledge of the African and UAE markets/geography, including business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
