Experience: 13Years to 15Years

Work Experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college/university, followed by post-graduation in a related branch or MBA in marketing as a major.
  • Adequate experience in marketing fabricated tailor-made equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, etc. of various materials of construction.
  • Preference for experience of around 15 years in SSI / MSSI industries with involvement in the company’s growth. Experience in a large engineering company would be an additional advantage.
  • Stability of employment - at least more than 5 years in one company at a stretch, flair for good communication- written and spoken- maintaining good contacts and having wide networking.
  • Knowledge of cost estimation- prevailing rates for various materials,  various manufacturing processes with prevailing rates, working knowledge of pressure vessel design, approximate time for each process involved, etc. is essential.
  • should be able to lead senior marketing colleagues and marketing engineers along with cost estimation engineers amicably to reach the company’s targets.
  • should be able to boost the  company’s  image in the market
  • He should have a flair for developing promotional literature like introduction letters, catalogs, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Should be willing to travel extensively as required for work.
  • must have good control of computer applications for trekking, reviewing, and reporting to top management.
  • Should have the ability to liaise with other departments of the company like planning, design, production,  QC, HR, and finance as required for execution of orders.
