Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and directing sales operations, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and experience in developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of real estate industry practices ,trends and buying cycle.
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and coordinating with the marketing team
- Leadership skills and experience in training and mentoring sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate, automobile.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
