Role : Technical Lead - Node.js (iGaming / Fantasy Sports Industry Experience :


- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining scalable and robust Node.js applications for our iGaming platform.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to define and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.


- Apply in-depth knowledge of the iGaming industry to drive innovation and excellence in software development.


- Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards are maintained, and promote a culture of high-quality software craftsmanship.


- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.


- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the technical stack.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- Proven experience (5-8 years) in software development, with a focus on Node.js.


- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including online casino and betting platforms.


- Strong experience in leading and mentoring development teams.


- Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.


- Solid understanding of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, with expertise in database design and optimization.


- Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as React or Angular, is a plus.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
