Job Description :


- Proficient in AI and machine learning tools and technologies including Python, R, Panadas, Keras, Tensorflow 0r Thanos, numpy, sklearn, Notebooks, Regression, Classification, Prediction, Neural Networks, LSTMs - Recurrent Neural Networks, Reinforced Learning, Big Data Machine learning and AI Models and Algorithms.

- A very good knowledge of Statistics and Algorithms is required to analyse the data in-depth to spot and generate any protentional machine learning use cases to develop actionable insights from data.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models, large Data models.

- Conduct cutting-edge research in AI, contributing to advancements in Data analysis to generate actionable insight.

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI/ML technologies into new and existing products.

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models using state-of-the-art techniques and best practices.

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency for on premises platforms.

- Implement MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

- Mentor other machine learning and data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Optimize machine learning workflows for improved model performance and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and inference at scale.

- Implement rigorous model testing and validation to ensure high-quality deployments.

- Contribute to the company's intellectual property through innovative research.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and other developers, to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI to maintain a competitive edge.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and influence strategic decisions with ML insights.

- Hands-On experience with Generative AI and LLMs.

- Experience with SQL scripting and Data Analysis.

- Tableau or PowerBI , Kafka, Flink, Spark, Hadoop, Big Data, Data pipelines

- Experience with industries like: Telecom, Banikng, Retail, HealthCare
