Roles & Responsibilities:20+ years of experience in in Static Stress / FD&T Analysis of Fuselage Structure using a broad range of legacy and harmonized methods & tool with knowledge of structural design of metal aircraft and repairsGood understanding of Fuselage structureHands-on experience with analysis & Hand calculations involving structural componentsPerform Static Analysis with identification and presentation of all fatigue relevant and representative locationsExperience in extracting the loads pertaining to the Components & sub assembly to carry out detailed stress check and to validate the designProficient in calculating load exceedances, low life mitigations and repairability analysisIdentify the different modes of failure, critical load case for all the possible modes of failurePreparation of the Stress verification reportPreparation of the Dossier, justification report, verification reportHands-on experience with F&DT Analysis & Hand calculations involving metallic structural componentsPossess strong foundation in the area of load/stress analysis with abilities to formulate "free body diagrams" and identify load path of structures.Working knowledge of AIRBUS tool ISAMI for F&DT minimum of 2+ yearsKnowledge of finite element (FE) analysis using the available commercial software like Nastran, Patran Hypermesh, Mathcad is an added advantageWorking knowledge of Application of HSBConversant with BOEING methods processes & terminologies, Airbus knowledge is added advantageKnowledge of PDR/CDR, type certification and supplementary type certificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn, flexible and has good working & positive attitudeRequired Skills (Technical Competency):Independently manage and execute the task as per Customer requirementUnderstand Customer expectations and cascade accordinglyShould have worked on CDR or Certification Phase of AircraftEnsure all solutions satisfy customer requirements, support this by ensuring delivery of high-quality deliveries to time, cost and quality requirementsLiaise with customer SPOC and Engineering TeamSupport Engineering team to provide all the required data.
