Job Summary:Based out of Delhi, you will be responsible for the development and expansion of for Service portfolio at TÜV SÜD s IT/ OT Cybersecurity, Cloud security, Marine and Artificial Intelligence for TÜV SÜD in South Asia and supporting ASMEA as well.You will report to the Sr. VP – South Asia.Essential Responsibilities

:Responsible for developing region operations capability for the above domains and sectors.Build the relationships with other Regions regarding the expansion of South Asia operation support.Conducting a comprehensive market analysis and developing a service strategy for the area while continuously taking technological and competitive developments into account to ensure sustainable growth.Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to define and implement new services and improve existing services.Building a network of contacts outside TÜV SÜD to improve our visibility and credibility in the domains of manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Power, Utility, Smart city Industry 4.0, AI, and Cybersecurity.Identifying and cultivating relationships with targeted customers, emphasizing the importance of TÜV SÜD services.Translating current and future customer needs into innovative service offerings and supporting regional sales activities when needed.Facilitating close cooperation and collaboration with our global team of market segment managers to tailor service offerings to their individual market needs.Representing TÜV SÜD at conferences and engaging with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, highlighting TÜV SÜDs expertise in the service areas of IT/ OT Cybersecurity, Cloud security, Marine and Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity testing.In India, ensure alignment of products, projects, and initiatives with the country's security roadmap, focusing on timely and quality execution within budget and risk reduction.Additionally, motivate and manage extended security teams supporting global projects, ensuring on-time, quality delivery, and synchronization between business units.

Qualifikationen

Engineering degree with Computer science or Information technology or electronic and instrumentation domain, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.Solid understanding of business strategies, business models, and strategic planning in a rapidly changing market.Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies for a continuously improved service offering.Comprehensive experience with Global Cybersecurity regulation, Indian market need and moving regulatory dominance in the future, EU Regulation, US FDA, and other pertinent schemes to allow a compliant yet innovative service offering.Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on customer needs in the areas of IT/ OT Cybersecurity, Cloud security, Marine and Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity testing.Exceptional communication and presenting skills, with the ability to present regulatory, and technological issues simply and understandably.Proven experience in personnel management in lateral management and matrix organizational structures.Rich experience in project management and have handled greenfield, Brownfield, and turnkey projects in the past.Relevant experience with Consulting and Advisory background and a sense of market competition.
