Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT marketing and sales, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and email marketing strategies. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and targeted sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling LinkedIn marketing campaigns to reach potential clients and brand awareness.
- Design and implement effective email marketing strategies to nurture leads and promote our IT solutions.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within target markets.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing metrics and sales data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in IT marketing and sales, preferably with expertise in LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and solutions.
- Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing.
