RolesandResponsibilities:
Actas a technofunctional consultant and provide recommendations onprocess.
Configure andmanage clients instance on product assist and Train clients to doit on their own.
Deviseengagement plans that consider customer business goals and mapproduct capabilities to achieve thesegoals.
Drive productadoption increasing overall retention and achieve process successfor customers.
Supportclients during critical HR events like Appraisal Increments etc.
Support clients to resolvequeries or bugs as and when required.
Gather feedback on productexperience during the entire customer lifecycle via targetedsurveys.
Identify primetargets for upsell/crosssell and engage Sales team to execute onthose opportunities.
Share best practiceswith clients on how to achieve productsuccess.
Identify risksproactively mitigate and escalate as deemedappropriate.
Requirements Requirements:
  • Relevantexperience in HR transformation & change management/HCMimplementation and customer management roles / HR consultingroles.
  • Understanding of Technologysystems and HRMS system implementation would be preferred.
  • Good in MS Excel Word andPowerPoint.
