Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst - Senior Consultant to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud projects, with additional experience in Sales Cloud and Data Cloud projects being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Service Cloud Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud projects.

- Sales Cloud Implementation: Contribute to and support Sales Cloud project implementations.

- Data Cloud Projects: Assist in implementing and managing Data Cloud projects.

- Scrum Master Duties: Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes and ensure project deliverables.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans.

- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure maximum utilisation of Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience

- Service Cloud: Proven experience in implementing Salesforce Service Cloud projects.

- Sales Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.

- Data Cloud: Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud projects is advantageous.

- Scrum Master: Certified Scrum Master with experience in Agile methodologies.

- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
