Oracle C2M(Customer To Meter) Senior Lead

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Oracle C2M Senior Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM. The role requires both leadership and technical depth to drive Oracle Utilities projects, ensure high-quality delivery, and provide guidance to development teams in large-scale digital transformation engagements.Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules.- Provide hands-on technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integration.- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions.- Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance optimization.- Mentor and guide team members on Oracle Utilities best practices and OUAF development.- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and status updates for stakeholders.Required Skills- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities with strong expertise in C2M, CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM.- Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and OUAF config tools.- Strong knowledge of integration, data migration, and performance tuning.- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work effectively with global teams and prepare English documentation.Preferred Skills- Oracle Utilities certifications (preferred).
