Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Oracle C2M Senior Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM . The role requires both leadership and technical depth to drive Oracle Utilities projects, ensure high-quality delivery, and provide guidance to development teams in large-scale digital transformation engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Oracle C2M solution implementation across CC&B, MDM, DACS, WACS, and WAM modules.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integration .
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure performance optimization.
  • Mentor and guide team members on Oracle Utilities best practices and OUAF development.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and status updates for stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities with strong expertise in C2M, CC&B, MDM, DACS/WACS/WAM .
  • Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and OUAF config tools .
  • Strong knowledge of integration, data migration, and performance tuning .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and prepare English documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Utilities certifications (preferred).
