Position 1Ref: Oracle Linux Administrator – 12BOracle Linux Administrator with Oracle DBA - Weblogic primary) , SQL - (Secondary)Job Description: Migration of DB and WebLogic to OCI, System administration of the same in 24 x 7 x 365 in shift and on call supportOracle DBA:Administers, maintains, develops and implements policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the production Oracle database. Resolves Oracle database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. Monitor all enterprise database environments and resolving issues (such as data, access, space, performance, etc) Database backup, restoration and recovery. Implement and maintain change control and testing processes for database modifications Interface with Development and support application release deployments Hands-on database tuning and troubleshooting experience (partitioning, compression, indexing, statistics and query optimizer) Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 12c and above in Oracle Linux and OCI environmentWebLogic:Install, configure, and Administer Oracle WebLogic Server in OCI or on premises environment, with Oracle Linux OS. Expert knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Architecture, WebLogic clustering and Domain config. Good WebLogic troubleshooting skills. The candidate should have worked on WebLogic upgrades and patching. Knowledge of Performance Tuning of WebLogic server components and monitoring aspects of WebLogic. Good communication and customer management skills. Oracle WebLogic / SOA / OCI Certification - Preferred Candidates with optional Docker, Kubernetes, and Containers skills are a Plus Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c is a plus. Sharp technical troubleshooting skills. Good understanding of support processes. Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.
