About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, demonstrating expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development.
Role & responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
- Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform Salesforce administration tasks including user management, data management, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of Salesforce applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, continuously improving your technical skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and passion for developing innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer) will be an advantage.
- Proficient in tools such as Apex Data Loader, Postman, Workbench, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
