Job Description:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in SFMC (Salesforce Marketing
Cloud). Exposure of Lead Journey.
2. The selected candidate would need to drive the SFMC strategy
and campaigns - Data management in SFMC, Marketing
Collateral management (Email & SMS at least) in SFMC,
experienced in Journey Builder & Journey execution. Knowledge
about SFMC Analytics will be an added advantage.
3. He/ she would also need to advise on best practices of SFMC,
help driving the adoption and suggest the future roadmap.SFMC.
4. The candidate needs to be derive/build Analytics in Excel based
on the Marketing campaigns data. Also provide a good summary
on the running campaigns using excel.
5. Lead Management exposure (especially in Lending/likewise Bajaj
Auto Fin setup) will be an added advantage.
6. Close Coordination with Support functions like IT, Product,
Credit and Ops for Process development & deployment of
various modules
7. Undertaking IT integration projects for fulfilling business
requirements
8. Analysis of traffic and business being driven from various
external channel partners and co-ordination for corrective
actions
9. Exposure on Lead Management, Lead Life Cycle, nurturing,
conversion & to maximize Output. Knowledge of managing Lead
Platform/ CRM
