Breaks down complex issues into smaller issues.Accountability• Taking ownership of larger work packages and delivering small improvements with minimal guidance.• Contributes to the production process design within the assigned scope.Strategy• Contributing to the development of strategies for improving efficiency within the team's scope.Training others• Beginning to assist in training new team members on basic tasks and procedures.STAKEHOLDERS• Ability to communicate effectively within the team, actively participate in discussions, and collaborate on process designs.What you'll doYou would be exposed to the Process engineering technique, working to support build quality SD/HD maps. You will work towards designing, requirement sharing with engineering stakeholders, test the developed tools/processes, deployment followed by implementation. Continuously providing feedback and improvements expected to the owned process. What you'll needBasic six sigma methodology, analytical(Big data), effective communication, Stakeholder management, Conceptualization, requirement handling & prioritization, Adaptive to changes.
