You’ll design and ship a production-grade AI platform, collaborate directly with founders on product and design decisions, and partner with both large enterprises and cutting-edge startups.This is a high-impact role with massive scope for growth — you won’t just be building features, you’ll be defining how AI transforms financial operations.What You’ll Do Design and deliver production-grade AI agents.Work directly with founders on product and strategy.Collaborate with enterprise and startup partners to deliver impact.Drive execution in a high-ownership, high-leverage role.Learn firsthand what it takes to build a rocket-ship startup.What We’re Looking ForMust-haves: 2–4 years of experience as a frontend or fullstack engineer (CS degree or equivalent background).Strong frontend development skills with React (or Next.js) and TypeScript .Excellent visual and interaction design skills — able to take ideas from concept to polished UI.Deep understanding of HTML, CSS (or TailwindCSS) , responsive design, and accessibility.Experience integrating with APIs and collaborating closely with backend engineers.A 0 → 1 builder mindset — comfortable owning both design and implementation from scratch.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative startup environments and balance speed with craftsmanship.Nice-to-haves (but not required): Experience creating or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.Familiarity with AI-driven UX (e.g., conversational interfaces, agent dashboards, or adaptive UI).Prior startup experience where you wore both design and engineering hats.Benefits We believe in generous, top-tier compensation and benefits:Competitive salary benchmarked to top tech companies.Paid time off + local holidaysHome-office stipend + connectivity reimbursementGlobal team integration: annual global off-site
