Must demonstrate the ability to formulate and clinically execute an SEO strategy on the front end and the back end. Must be able to think on his/her feet and be a self-driven individual. The individual must have experience in digital news and be completely in tune with the editorial news flow. All applicants must have an aggressive, hands-on approach to SEO and bring with them a proven successful record of target-setting and achievement. must have experience in Organic Search Optimization as well as Audience Growth Optimization. The candidate must also have a deep understanding of SEM along with skills like tag implementations, and code analysis, et al. must have experience in data analysis, working with inter-department teams, as well as be extremely strong in team management. Must have prior experience in working within the 24x7 news flow. Must have prior experience in leading teams. MANAGER, ORGANIC SEARCH Location: Noida Republic is on the lookout for highly skilled and competitive individuals to be Organic Search Managers on Republic's SEO Team. The ideal candidate - Must have 4-6 years of experience in Organic Search-- the majority of which should be with a leading news brand. Must have prior experience to monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across all channels of search. Must be solidly acquainted with all search engine programs including but not limited Must bring with them a strong strategic outlook on Organic SEO, be solution-oriented, and demonstrate the ability to provide real-time inputs and strategies to enhance optimization. Must be strong, not only in keyword optimization but must also have deep knowledge of using various SEO tools to provide real-time solutions and enhance user experience and domain authority. Must have solid web analytical and trend mapping skills and be super-competitive in target setting and delivery. Must have experience in data analysis, working with editorial and technical teams, as well as be extremely strong in team management. Must have prior experience in working within the 24x7 news flow. Must bring with them a successful record in Audience Growth management, SEO and SEM within a digital news organization. Must demonstrate the ability to drive an integrated content and engagement strategy from the SEO lens across text, video, and social media, and also simultaneously be tuned in with the angularity and pace of editorial content. Must have an ace record of target setting and delivery. Must be well-versed in terms of user acquisition across various platforms including social media. Must have a strong command over Technical SEO techniques as well as evolving fresh trends within the genre. BACKEND SEO MANAGER Location: Noida Republic is on the hunt for a young, dynamic, motivated and highly skilled professional to onboard as its Backend SEO Manager. The ideal candidate – Must be excited to work in the 24x7 digital news space and be highly competitive to deliver on targets and consistent growth. Must bring with them a successful record in delivering technical and off-page SEO Optimisation. Must have a deep domain experience in the functioning of Web App Backend across languages, a thorough awareness of technical code, and solid experience in the management of Core Web Vitals. Must have the ability to provide traffic analysis and competitor analysis above and beyond his/her core function of strategizing and delivering on Backend SEO Functions. will be expected to prepare a game plan and action it in terms of new algorithms and the enhancement of the Core Web Vitals across the domain.
