We are seeking a Lead Brand Strategist with over 3 years of experience in the design industry. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of branding and design, ready to lead end-to-end projects and drive the growth of our graphic design department. The successful candidate will be a resourceful leader, skilled in managing resources and guiding junior designers, all while ensuring the highest standards of design excellence are met.


Responsibilities:


  •  Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive branding strategies that meet client expectations from concept to completion.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategies that align with their vision, and maintain strong, ongoing relationships through excellent communication and service.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing their design skills.

  • Initiate and lead activities aimed at promoting growth and skill enhancement within the graphic design department.

  • Efficiently allocate resources and manage team capacities to ensure optimal project execution without compromising quality.

  • Understand and manage project timelines, assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and project needs, and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.

  • Continuously seek innovative solutions and encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team.

  • Maintain awareness of current industry, design and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform design decisions and provide valuable insights to the team.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand design or a related field, with a proven track record of leading branding projects.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Expertise in client relationship management and project management.

  • Proficient in advanced design software and technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and designs effectively to stakeholders and clients.

  • A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design and strategic thinking.


Softwares:

Advanced knowledge in:

  • Figma

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

  • Online tools such as Canva, and artificial intelligence platforms such as DALLE, Midjourney, ChatGPT

  • Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender and Cinema 4D is highly regarded.
