Requirement :We’re looking for a Training Executive who would be responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of internal staff.● Plan weekly / monthly initiatives and training programs in discussion with senior management.● Conduct discussions with Operations team to understand training requirements (mandatory trainings, technical, domain, behavioral training)● Should be able to create content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.● Ensure that content and context of all materials remains current and relevant for business needs.● Conduct training programs for various audience groups, as and when required.● Design and deliver training programs that address training needs on an ongoing basis.● Execute roll out of training interventions including timelines, target audience and location.

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-● Seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, proven people management skills, and preference for e-commerce experience, particularly in fulfillment center or last mile.● Self-driven to handle the function independently.● Designing and supplying a variety of training styles.● Managing budgets and managing people.● Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences in regional language.● Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.● Expected to travel to other locations for 2-3 days as per training requirements.● Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.● Basic Knowledge on Computer (PowerPoint & Excel)● Undergraduate/ Postgraduate degree
