Job Description: SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA) Senior Consultant

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

  • Implement, design, build, and configure SAP SuccessFactors WFA solutions according to business requirements.
  • Collaborate with client teams to assess business needs, delivering standard and custom solutions in WFA.
  • Conduct both functional and technical testing across all SuccessFactors WFA modules.
  • Implement Core Workforce and Mobility and develop standard/custom metric packs utilizing HANA systems.
  • Oversee SAP project activities, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current HRIS and WFA reporting systems, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare dashboards showcasing key WFA standard metrics reports.
  • Provide critical WFA information to senior stakeholders to inform business decisions.


**Eligibility:**

  • Qualification: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate.
  • Mandatory Skills: 2-3 end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules in WFA on HANA and WFA on SQL, including post-go-live support.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors WFA THR89 and THR96 modules is required.
  • Excellent skills in MySQL programming, debugging, and developing stored procedures.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Independent worker and individual contributor with excellent team collaboration skills.


**Job Summary:**

  • You will be the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & Planning expert, with a minimum of 3 years in SuccessFactors and 3+ full life cycle implementations.
  • Additional knowledge in Report Story, RCM, LMS, PMGM, EC, ONB, and Compensation is desirable.


**Skills and Experience:**

  • Extensive reporting experience with a strong grasp on HR business processes.
  • Deep knowledge in developing actionable management dashboards and handling standard workforce metrics.
  • Excellent client handling, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Agile learner with a strong ability to quickly adapt to new environments and tasks.
  • Proven leadership skills, with an emphasis on negotiation, delegation, and people management.
