Job Summary:
The Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing the Group company's recruitment process and developing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. The role includes managing end-to-end recruitment activities, employer branding, workforce planning, and collaboration with department heads to understand their staffing needs. Candidate plays a key role in building a strong and diverse workforce to align with Ridhira's business goals and company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategy:
Design and implement a robust talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Ridhira business goals.
Lead workforce planning in collaboration with department heads and management.
Build a proactive pipeline of candidates through networking, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
Manage End-to-End Recruitment:
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions across all departments.
Manage recruitment budgets and negotiate recruitment-related contracts.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and headhunting.
Implement modern hiring techniques such as employee referrals, AI tools, and data-driven recruitment practices.
Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates for final interviews with department heads.
Employer Branding:
Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and other employer branding initiatives.
Lead internal and external communication to build a strong employer brand.
Collaborate with HR and Management:
Work closely with the HR team to design and improve onboarding and retention strategies.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and growth plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide reports to management.
Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on hiring trends, industry benchmarks, and feedback.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support.
Develop a high-performing team to achieve recruitment goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
Experience: 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years leading a team, preferably from Recruitment Agencies viz., Ranstad, ABC Consultants, Kelly Services, Team Lease etc.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and data-driven decision making.
Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
