Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze HR related data from various sources including HRIS or any other tools, aggregate and report on data.
- Utilize statical techniques and data visualization tools to interpret trends, patterns and correlations with the HR data
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of HR data by implementing data validation processes, conducting regular audits, and addressing data discrepancies or inconsistencies with the HRIS leader
- Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators, such as employee turnover rates, diversity statistics and workforce demographics or other
- Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Facilitating the completion of new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitoring the progress and integration of new employees, identifying any challenges and providing support as needed.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, policies and procedures.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding processes and employee retention.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws in the Indian context.
- Demonstrable understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems
- Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
