About the company: A Top IT Product Company Requirements: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field from premier engineering institutes of global ranking. Should have minimum 10-20 years of experience in architecture, design and development of highly scalable software products & applications.  Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams.  In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.  Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies.  Experience in BFSI projects as Product Areas Include (i) Trade Finance (ii)Retail Lending (iii) Account Opening (iv) SME Lending (v) Capital & Wealth Management  Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.  Demonstrated ability to continuously learn new technologies and quickly evaluate their technical and commercial viability  Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in commonly used data science packages including Spark, Pandas, SciPy, and Numpy  Leveraging familiarity with deep learning architectures used for text analysis, computer vision and signal processing. End to end ML work and deploying of models  Knowledge of how full stack SaaS products work, scale and perform Responsibilities:  Lead and manage the AI research and development team.  Develop and implement AI strategies that support business objectives.  Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.  Monitor and analyze AI trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.  Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment.  Mentor team members and foster a collaborative working environment.  Understanding statistical or numerical methods application, data-driven problem solving  Demonstrating thought leader level abilities in the use of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques  Modeling and Analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.  Well versed with Supervised and Unsupervised ML Techniques  Exposure to Agentic AI  Lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving data excellence across the organization  Architect a full ML Platform and build out the infrastructure to support scalability  Provide collaborative leadership to build out the AI function, MLEs, MLOps and Data Engineering  Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to turn business goals into technical solutions Please share your resumes with
