Should have minimum 10-20 years of experience in architecture, design and development of highly scalable software products & applications. Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams. In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies. Experience in BFSI projects as Product Areas Include (i) Trade Finance (ii)Retail Lending (iii) Account Opening (iv) SME Lending (v) Capital & Wealth Management Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to continuously learn new technologies and quickly evaluate their technical and commercial viability Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in commonly used data science packages including Spark, Pandas, SciPy, and Numpy Leveraging familiarity with deep learning architectures used for text analysis, computer vision and signal processing.End to end ML work and deploying of models Knowledge of how full stack SaaS products work, scale and performResponsibilities: Lead and manage the AI research and development team. Develop and implement AI strategies that support business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products. Monitor and analyze AI trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology.  Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative working environment. Understanding statistical or numerical methods application, data-driven problem solving Demonstrating thought leader level abilities in the use of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques Modeling and Analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.  Well versed with Supervised and Unsupervised ML Techniques Exposure to Agentic AI Lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving data excellence across the organization Architect a full ML Platform and build out the infrastructure to support scalability Provide collaborative leadership to build out the AI function, MLEs, MLOps and Data Engineering Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to turn business goals into technical solutionsPlease share your resumes with
