Job Description: CE Functional ConsultantCRM Functional ConsultantExperience and SkillsStrong technical acumen and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE from both a functional and technical perspectiveMinimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views is a mustStrong understanding of Dynamics solution management, relationships, and ribbon customizationClear understanding of Dynamics security modelWorking knowledge of XRM ToolboxExperience working with Agile methodologies, creating user stories, tasks, test cases, etc.Commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE PlatformSkilled in languages like C#, TypeScript/JavaScript and tools like Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code for writing plugins and web resourcesA detailed knowledge and understanding of all CE functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Contact/Case ManagementExcellent presentation and demonstration skillsRequirementsTwo Microsoft Dynamics CE CertificationsAbility to create custom pages, canvas apps, PCF Control, and Power PagesUnderstanding of Power Platform and other areas of the Microsoft stackUnderstanding of standard integrations between Office 365 and CEIntegration with third party software and solutionsExperience with Microsoft Flow and/or Logic AppsUnderstanding of Azure with relation to Power PlatformExperience in integrating Dynamics CE with Dynamics 365 For Finance & Operations or other legacy and third-party systemsData Migration experience would be an advantageBusiness process mapping, modelling, and documentation knowledgeKey Competencies:Being part of standups that are client facing and providing regular inputsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills are essentialPlanning and organizing own tasks and staying productiveTaking decisions on own regarding execution of tasksBeing able to effectively communicate on every stage of project executionBeing and excellent team player working with everyone amicablyFlexible at all aspects, be it gaining new technical skills, or taking on new challenges or take on additional responsibilitiesBenefitsHealth InsuranceFood CouponsGym and Telephone/Internet bill ReimbursementLeave Travel Allowance (can be claimed only
