Job Summary:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Amarbhaw Power Pvt Ltd you will undergo an extensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. The program will cover various aspects of solar industry.

1. Technical Skills Development:

2. Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.

3. Problem Solving and Decision Making:

  • Analyse technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.

  • Develop critical thinking and decision-making skills through practical assignments and real-world scenarios.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

5. Professional Development:

  • Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance your technical and soft skills.

  • Receive mentorship and guidance from senior engineers and managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
