Job Description Overview:

As a
Trainee Analyst
in the Audit & Commissioning team, you will support senior engineers and project managers in conducting energy and water audits, HVAC commissioning, testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB), as well as green building certification and simulation assignments. This is a hands-on role designed for fresh engineering graduates passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting energy/water audits, HVAC commissioning, TAB, and energy simulation projects.
  • Perform field work, including site measurements, equipment testing, and data collection.
  • Support functional testing of HVAC systems such as AHUs, chillers, and boilers.
  • Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot system issues and enhance performance.
  • Develop and follow testing protocols aligned with industry best practices.
  • Keep updated on emerging technologies, codes, and green building standards.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery in coordination with project managers.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and technical report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS office tools
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems, audit methods, and building commissioning (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel for field/site work
